East Midlands Business - EMB is a new business based across the East Midlands with a central office in Derby. From April 2007 EMB will deliver the main Business Link service for the counties of Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire & Rutland, Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire, under contract to the East Midlands Development Agency - emda.
