We are always happy to hear what you think about the services we provide. We want your feedback so that we can look at ways to improve our service or pass on your appreciation to our staff.
Here is a selection of positive feedback we have received from you recently:
- Mr Winter completed a 'Have Your Say' form to express how efficient he thought one of our main reception staff were when he went to see them about a free bus pass, he said their manner when dealing with him was superb.
- Mrs Roche sent in a letter of thanks to one of our Housing Benefit advisers for helping her complete her application form.
- Mrs Hinchcliffe wrote in to thank the main reception staff for a very efficient and pleasant service.
- Mr Camphey sent in a letter letting us know how pleased he was with the great service he received at the Council House main reception area.

Here's how we have acted on some of your feedback
You said that it was hard to contact our StreetCare service by telephone so we've moved it into Derby Direct. We now answer 42% more calls each day and the number of complaints about not getting through has dropped to zero.
