The Local Development Scheme (LDS) is a schedule of the Local Development Documents that the Council has adopted and intends to prepare under the new planning system.  It identifies timescales or milestones for the main stages of preparation over the next three years and also gives indicative timescales for a longer period.  The Council brought its third LDS (LDS3) into effect on 29 March 2007. This sets out a three year programme from April 2007 - March 2010.  The document can be viewed online using the link below.
