As part of the SPD preparation process, a Sustainability Appraisal must be completed to assess the compatibility of the SPD with sustainable development principles. The Sustainability Report along with its appendices for the Planning Obligations SPD has now been finalised and supersedes the Sustainability Appraisal Scoping Report 
3Mb which was subject to consultation with the statutory organisations in August 2007.
The consultation period for this SPD is open from 23rd January until 4th March 2008.
