Annual Monitoring Report


The Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 requires every local planning authority to produce an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) for submission to the Secretary of State by 31 December each year. This should contain information on the implementation of the Local Development Scheme (LDS) and the extent to which the Policies set out in Local Development Documents (LDD's) are being achieved.
