This map  365kb shows the main proposals and most important policies that currently guide development in Derby over the coming years. The map reflects proposals in documents such as the City of Derby Local Plan, the Derby Cityscape Masterplan  and the Derby Area Local Transport Plan. We will update it regularly so that it always reflects the current planning position.

The map shows:

• Major development proposals, particularly housing and employment
• areas to be protected, including green wedges and conservation areas
• key transport proposals, such as new Park and Rides
• the city’s district centres.
