Providing Deliverable Housing Sites in Derby

In line with Government policy, the City Council aims to ensure there are enough deliverable housing sites to last for at least five years. The documents below contain the current information available on the supply of deliverable housing land in Derby. The first document is an explanation of how we have assessed the supply of deliverable housing sites and the second is a table listing the specific major sites which make up the supply. We will be updating this information annually based on information we obtain from annual housing surveys and from our annual Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessments/reviews.
