1APP is here.
Are you aware of the biggest change to the planning system in decades?
1APP changes the way you submit planning applications to every authority in England. Learn more about 1APP at the Government Planning Portal
.
There are different application forms, depending on the type of application you are making and some applications have now been combined into one form e.g. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent. If you have any questions about which form you need to use or what information should be submitted with your application, please contact Development Control.
All the new 1App Application Packs are available in PDF format for you to download and print off below or contact Co-ordination Services for copies to be sent to you.
Alternatively you are encouraged to apply online using the Planning Portal
, by using this method you can electronically submit all your forms, plans and supporting documents to us. These will then be automatically put into our system, speeding up the process.
Additional Information regarding Application Certificates
You must complete a certificate stating the ownership of the property.
Complete Certificate A if you are the sole owner of all the land within the application.

If you do not know the name of any of the owners you must complete Certificate D and publish Notice Number 2 in a local newspaper.
