The Planning Control Committee meetings are held in public every three weeks on a Thursday evening starting at 6pm in the Council Chamber, The Council House, Corporation Street. The dates of these meetings are listed below.
The meetings are broadcast live on the internet by webcast.
The following tables contains all the dates for the Planning Control Committee meetings between August 2007 and July 2008 and June 2006 and July 2007.
In the first table there are two links for each Commitee date:
1. A link to a PDF version of the published Report Index, from the Index you can open the individual Reports by clicking on the Application number. We publish the Committee's agenda five clear working days in advance.
2. A link to the webcast - This will either be a link to the archive of a meeting when it becomes available or a live link to the meeting.
The Minutes of a meeting are approved by the Committee at a subsquent meeting. These are published on our Council Meeting Information System (CMIS)
