Planning Control Committee meetings are held in public every four weeks on a Thursday evening starting at 6pm in the Council Chamber, The Council House, Corporation Street.
The meetings are broadcast live on this website: Webcasts of Council Meetings.
The following tables contain information on recent Planning Control Committee meetings.
Each Commitee date contains two types of links:
- A link to a PDF version of the published Report Index, from the Index you can open the individual Reports by clicking on the Application number. We publish the Committee's agenda five clear working days in advance.
- A link to the webcast - This will either be a link to the archive of a meeting when it becomes available or a live link to the meeting.
The Minutes of a meeting are approved by the Committee at a subsquent meeting. These are published on our Council Meeting Information System (CMIS)
