1. How to make a comment, compliment or complaint if you are under 18
If there is something you're pleased with we would like to know. If there is something you are not happy about, try talking to the person who cares for you or someone you can trust. They may be able to help sort things out there and then.
If you don't feel you can talk about it with the person who cares for you or someone you trust, or if talking hasn't helped, you have the right to contact the Complaints Manager and tell them. They will listen to what you have to say and try to sort things out - this can take up to 28 days.
You may want the help and advice of an advocate. An advocate is someone who has nothing to do with Social Services and who is there only to help and support you. If so, call Volunteers Offering Young People Choices and Encouragement (VOYCE) on 0800 0286977.
