The following web pages are designed to provide advice, help and guidance to all those dealing with the private rented sector here in Derby. Landlords, Managing Agents, Tenants and Contractors can view online information, access web links and download guidance here.

You may be aware that the new Housing Act 2004 has made a number of significant changes to Housing Standards law and the risk assessment of property. We are always happy to advise and inspect tenanted property regarding compliance with the latest Housing Standards Legislation. We can also send you an information pack designed specifically for you. An Alternative Source of Information

Decent and Safe Homes in the East Midlands DASH is being championed by the three cities of Derby, Leicester and Nottingham who made a successful bid for funding from the Government Office for the East Midlands. This project invites all landlord groups in the East Midlands to become partners.
