Where are we?
We are based in the Council House. Our reception area is on the Ground Floor next to the payment counters.
You can also take your claim form, or report any changes in your circumstances, to any of the local housing offices
in the City.
If you rent your home from Walbrook Housing you can hand in details in your local office. Your Housing Association will check your application form, photocopy any other details and forward them to us.
Contact us direct if you need detailed advice.
We offer an interview service Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 1.30pm where we aim to see you within 30 minutes of your arrival.
Your interview can be pre-booked by contacting us and asking for an appointment or by coming into the office and asking
for an interview on the day.
