  • Advice Guide - This website provides up-to-date independent advice on a wide range of topics.
  • Appeals Service - Provides customers with an impartial re-examination of your Housing and Council Tax Benefit decision.
  • Benefit Fraud Inspectorate - BFI operates independently and its main aim is to minimise the risk of fraud throughout the social security system.
  • Benefits Leaflets - Housing and Council Tax Benefits leaflets. This website contains leaflets giving information about Housing and Council Tax Benefit - these are available in 11 different languages.
  • Best Value Performance Indicators - The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister Local Government Performance site, providing information on Best Value in England.
  • Citizens Advice Bureau - Offers free, confidential, impartial and independent advice on areas like legal matters, housing, benefits, debt and consumer issues, employment and immigration.
