Who cannot claim Benefit?
  • You will not be able to claim benefit if you have savings over £16,000.
  • If you are not liable to pay rent, you will not be able to claim Housing Benefit.
  • If you are not liable to pay council tax, you will not be able to claim Council Tax Benefit.
