The Derby City Council and Ram FM Bonfire and Fireworks display took place at
Markeaton Park on Saturday 1 November 2008. The event was free.
- 5.30pm - Ram FM roadshow
- 6.45pm - Lighting of the bonfire
- 7pm - Firework display
There was a funfair until 9pm on the Markeaton Park main car park with hot food and a bar.
Car parking was available at the University of Derby, Kedleston Road. The cost was £5 per car.
