Our policy includes all the Council's trees and those for which we are directly responsible.  However, school governors are responsible for maintaining their school's grounds and this includes trees.  We cannot impose our tree management policy on chools, but we do recommend it to them as a guide for good tree management.  If you have any issues about a school's trees, please contact the school directly.
