This seminar explains how strength and conditioning training can help the swimmer improve starts and turns in all strokes. A series of exercises are presented and physically taught with the aim of developing starts and turns. The course is being held at the accredited Queen's Leisure Centre. Event details and contact information: RLSS Pool Lifeguard Trainer Assessor Course

This five day course will allow candidates to be able to carry out training and assessing of the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. It involves both practical and theoretical sessions and is being held at the accredited Queen's Leisure Centre. Price £525 which includes lunch, drinks and a course manual. This three day course provides instructors with the skills to design and deliver safe, effective, quality balanced Aqua Circuits programmes and to evaluate the effectiveness of an Aqua Circuits group session. It is being held at the accredited Queen's Leisure Centre and is priced at £300 for the course.
