Aquafit Classes in Derby

Members of the public are invited to enjoy a pool based workout that is easy on the joints and great for improving cardiovascular fitness by attending the Aquafit classes being held at Moorways Swimming Pool and Queen’s Leisure Centre.

Aquafit is suitable for adults and young people aged over 14. It is ideal for people of all abilities whether they are already fit and active, new to exercise, have limited mobility or are pregnant.

Classes are run at:

Moorways Swimming Pool, Moor Lane, Allenton, Derby, DE24 9HY on Monday from 8.40pm to 9.40pm and on Wednesday from 8.30pm to 9.30pm

Queen’s Leisure Centre, Cathedral Road, Derby, DE1 3PA
on Tuesday from 8pm to 9pm.

Each Aquafit session costs £3.85, £3.50 for Passport to Leisure holders, £2.80 concessionary or £2.40 for concessionary Passport to Leisure holders.
