Ab Attack A quick warm-up followed lots and lots of excercise targeting the stomach
Active Living and Beginners Ideal if you are older,new to excercise or returning to classes after a break. Simple, safe and effective moves to improve your heart and lungs fitness, flexibility and co-ordination
Active Living Aerobics A simple, safe and effective workout to improve your heart and lung fitness, flexibility and co-ordination
Active Living Keep Fit A simple, safe and effective workout to improve your heart and lung fitness, flexibility and co-ordination
Active Living Stretch and Tone A simple, safe and effective workout to improve your heart and lung fitness, flexibility and co-ordination
Active Living Step A class that uses step to strengthen your heart. lungs, bones and muscles
Aerobics A heart and lung workout combining high and low impact moves that are fun and effective. Great for fat burning.
Aerobics and Abs Traditional aerobics with some extra tummy work
Aqua Fit A pool based workout that is easy on the joints and great for cardiovascular fitness. This class is suitable for everyine whether you are already fit and active or new to excercise, have limited mobility or pregnant
Aqua Natal A safe and effective class to help you through your pregnancy
Ballet Fit A low impact conditioning class suitable for all levels and ages, using modifies ballet movement to help improve your bidy awareness and increase your overall fitness
Beginners Step Learn all the basic step moves and good stepping technique in this class
Body Conditioning A combination of standing and floor work that tones your muscles. These classes are suitable for everyone-no 'jumping around' in this class!
Box-a-Cise Boxing moves and circuit training with easy to follow choreography to improve your stamina, strength and shape
Box-a-Cise with Kick An aerobic warm-up, boxing moves and circuit training to improve your strength, stamina and shape
Bums, Tums and Thighs A body conditioning workout concentrating on your lower body
Cardio Crunch A fat burning aerobic workout that includes core conditioning to sculpt your stomanch and strengthen your lower back
Cardio Muscular A highly effective workout combining high and low impact aerobics and body conditioning
Circuits Excellent cross training, circuits helps increase stamina and suppleness using equipment
Dance Fit 45 minutes of aerobic excercise using dance styles and combinations. If you like latino, Street and Jazz this is the class for you. Please book for this class
Easy Excercise If you are new to excercise or returning after a long break this class wil ease you back into excercise
Fast Step and Burn Fast intensive step combined with toning and abs
Fit Nation Gentle excercise to include fat burning and toning. Suitable for people on a weight loss programme. No hi-impact work. Optional weigh in
