Sports and arts facilities have been developed at schools across the City funded by the Big Lottery Fund and the government's Space for Sports and Arts programme. Individuals and clubs alike can choose from a wide range of high quality spaces for, most with modern changing rooms and all with disabled access. Facilities include multi use games areas, sports halls, fitness areas, performance studios, wet arts rooms and meeting spaces.

Facilities Advice Support Team (FAST)
FAST is an advisory group that aims to support and guide other schools in the city on developing and maximising their sports, arts and other facilities.

Situated at Darley Park, heart of a World Heritage Site, this new facility offers outdoor activities such as canoeing, orienteering, team building and environmental studies for schools and youth groups. It also offers a meeting room for community groups with panoramic views of the park.
