Security Note:
A new browser window will open and we will transfer you to our secure server where you will be able to make your payment.
You will also see a small yellow padlock on the bottom right of your screen if you are using Internet Explorer, or a key if you are using Netscape.
This site uses 128 bit encryption to ensure that the information you send over the internet is as secure as possible. If you see an error message or a message that says the page cannot be found, then your browser might not support this level of protection. You you will need to upgrade your security to 128 bit if this is the case.
There is an easy way to check if your browser supports 128 bit encryption:
If you use Internet Explorer:
On the menu bar click Help then About Internet Explorer. There should be a reference to the Cipher Strength. If it is less than 128-bit, click on the Update Information link to download the Internet Explorer High Encryption pack. Or you can get to the download page now by using this link: Microsoft Internet Explorer High Encryption Pack download page
If you use Netscape:
Click on the Security Pad-lock in the right-hand corner of your browser. The Personal Security Manager should display a message in the center of the page stating 'Connection Encrypted' and the encryption level. If this is below 128 bit, upgrade to the latest version of Netscape at Netscape Products.
