Cycle Derby

  CycleDerby logo

Derby City Council was successful in securing funding to be a Cycling Demonstration Town. CycleDerby is a three year project with a vision to get more people cycling, more safely, more often and to celebrate cycling in all its forms and styles.

The main objectives are:

  • increase the amount and the quality of cycle training for children
  • improve cycle storage in schools
  • promote cycling as a fun, safe and healthy form of transport
