Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs)
|Why are we consulting?||
We are proposing to introduce Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs) in two areas of Derby to help us deal with particular nuisances and problems in the central area of the city. This consultation seeks people’s views on the proposed conditions and asks for any other suggestions that they may have for inclusion in the final orders.
We are consulting on these proposals in order to meet the requirements of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Police Act 2014 and to ensure that local stakeholders have a say in what goes into the PSPOs for Derby.
