Consultation Details

Title: Your police, your community, your views
Start date: 02/11/2011
Closing date: 29/11/2011
Status: Closed
Overview: Residents are being invited to events across Derbyshire throughout November 2011 in order to update them on proposed changes to the shape of local policing across the county. We want residents input at the events to assist us in gauging opinions on a range of topics including local performance in policing and the issues that are important to them.
Reason for consultation: This is an opportunity for Derbyshire residents to raise questions with one of the Chief Officers of the Constabulary and the Chair or Vice Chair of the Police Authority
To inform residents how well the Force is performing, resources and budget allocation, the launch of the national 101 non-emergency number and the role of the proposed Police and Crime commissioners.
