Pest control

Our Pest Control team provides an affordable, quality service to all residents and businesses in Derby to deal with any pest infestation.

What pests do you treat?

  • Bedbugs
  • Carpet beetles
  • Cockroaches
  • Fleas
  • Mice (inside only)
  • Rats (inside and out)
  • Squirrels (inside only)
  • Wasps

What don’t you treat?

  • Ants
  • Bees
  • Flies
  • Foxes
  • Garden pests
  • Lice
  • Mites
  • Pigeons and other birds
  • Spiders
  • Woodlice
  • Woodworm

If you want any other pest infestations removing, you will need to contact a private pest control company.

We would recommend that you:

  • get at least three quotes
  • make sure you know whether the charge is fixed or by the hour
  • ask if there is a guarantee for the work.

In the case of a bee swarm the most appropriate method of control is the safe removal of the swarm to a hive by an experienced beekeeper. We do not provide this service, but we can provide you with contact details for a local beekeeper.

Why should I choose you?

  • We only use trained and qualified Pest Control staff. All our Pest Control Technicians hold the Royal Society for Public Health Certificate in Pest Control
  • We only carry out the most appropriate method of treatment for your problem and will not carry out any unnecessary work
  • All our work complies with current health and safety requirements and industry best practice
  • We provide free advice, including a free Pest Identification Service
  • We only use safe, modern pesticides that are approved for use in the UK.

How do I book your services or get help with a problem?

  • Contact Derby Direct and they will arrange for a Pest Control Technician to visit or offer telephone advice on a pest control issue
  • We can provide prices for commercial treatments and contracts and provide a competitive quote for a flexible treatment to suit your specific needs.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible by telephone if you wish to make any changes to your appointment
