Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document Review
We are carrying out a public consultation into the review of Derby City Council’s Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) and we are inviting you to make comments on the draft document.
We are reviewing the Council's adopted Planning Obligations SPD to bring it up to date with current Planning Law and the new Derby City Local Plan. The Draft Planning Obligations SPD Review sets out how we will negotiate Planning Obligations, or Section 106 agreements, to secure developer contributions towards City infrastructure.
The consultation will begin on Monday 13 November 2017 and will end at midnight on Wednesday 3 January 2018.
Comments on the document can be submitted to us by using the online questionnaire below.
Paper copies of the document and the questionnaire are available at the Council House and at local libraries during normal opening hours.
