These notes will help you to select the correct option when you are transferred to our e-Payments service. Please read these notes carefully before using the link at the bottom of this page to progress to e-Payments. 

Parking Fines

If your ticket has a reference number which starts with "DR" then please select the Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) option. This covers all tickets except those issued in the Cattle Market Car Park.

If it was issued in the Cattle Market Car Park, please select the "Other Payments" option, then select "Penalty Charge Notice" from the Service list at the top of the next page.

All Other Payments

Select the "Other Payments" option, then select whichever type of payment you wish to make from the Service list at the top of the next page.

The payment page will open in a new window, so this page will stay open if you wish to refer to it.
