Supporting People pays for the support people need to live in their own homes.
It is overseen by a partnership made up of Health, Probation, and Council representatives. This partnership is set up under the auspices of Derby City Partnership land reports to the City of Opportunity Executive.
Our aim is:
"To provide the housing related support services that meet the needs and aspirations of vulnerable people in Derby."

Local Supporting People Directory
This Move on Support Directory has been produced to assist housing support workers and health & social care staff seeking to develop adequate move on arrangements from hostels and temporary accommodation.
Using the Support Directory:
The directory is divided into two parts -
The Directory – giving basic contact details of agencies grouped according to the service provided.
The Index – an alphabetical index, providing more details of the services provided by the agencies in this directory.
The directory will be reviewed and updated at regular intervals. Agencies will be contacted at that time for information relating to changes in service, contact details etc.
