Déda offers a dance focussed arts programme that engages a diverse audience through performance, participation and producing; a balance of work that is accessible and challenging. Déda is also a producer of festival activity regionally and nationally.
Derby Jazz promotes an all year round programme of performances by international, national, regional and local jazz artists. Derby Jazz frequently commission new work and deliver educational projects.
Derby Live produces and presents a diverse programme of performing arts at the Assembly Rooms, Guildhall Theatre and Derby Theatre.
First Movement promotes the unique creativity of learning disabled people through a programme of arts events and workshops.
Quad provides facilities and services that connect people and businesses to art and film. They create opportunities for entertainment, education and participation.
sinfonia ViVA is a national chamber Orchestra based in Derby. Acting as a flexible musical resource it delivers a variety of performance, education, corporate and arts in health activities across the city. It is the only professional orchestra resident in the East Midlands and also works on local, regional and international levels.
Surtal Asian Arts works towards making South Asian Arts Activities more mainstream and to raise awareness of South Asian arts and culture amongst the wider community. Surtal’s work includes dance and music classes and workshops in education, health and in the community, exhibitions, performances and large scale festival events.
