For Group 0 seat, once the correct routing has been established, tension is critical. By placing your hand at the top of the seat, gently rock the seat while pulling on the diagonal section of the belt to allow the slack to slip its way through. Ensure that the beginning is very, very tight with a flick check (flick the seat belt).
