Blue badge holders can park for free for an unlimited amount of time where on-street charging applies and in residents only parking zones. Blue badge holders can also park for free for up to three hours:

• in these on-street parking spaces:

  • Bold Lane: four spaces
  • St. James' Street: four spaces
  • The Strand: four spaces
  • Becket Well Lane: three spaces
  • Tenant Street: four spaces
  • St. Peter's Church Yard: six spaces
  • Green Lane: two spaces
  • Babington Lane: five spaces
  • The Spot: three spaces
  • London Road: 10 spaces
  • Cathedral Road: two spaces
  • Gower Street: four spaces
  • Full Street: two spaces

Blue badge holders can also park for up to three hours on yellow lines. However, please ensure that when using this privilege, you park with consideration for all other road users. For instance, blue badge holders parked near to the sharp bend outside Waterstone's often present an obstruction for buses and delivery vehicles.
