National Apprenticeship Week is running from Monday 11th to Friday 15th March. The week which celebrates apprenticeships and the positive effect they have on organisations and individuals.

This year, we are celebrating the week with a stand on the ground floor of the Council House on:

  • Monday 11th March, 9.00am to 4.00pm
  • Wednesday 13th March, 9.00am to 4.00pm.

Current apprentices will be on hand to tell customers and staff about their experiences.

The event and stands are being designed, promoted and staffed by our current apprentices to raise awareness of the Council's apprenticeship scheme. The stands will feature:

  • display boards, information and flyers about the scheme
  • information slips to fill in for anyone interested in becoming an apprentice.

View our apprenticeships film to learn what Council apprentices - past and present - think of our apprenticeship scheme.
