V.I.P Awards - Customer Experience Award

Our V.I.P Awards scheme recognises and celebrates our V.I.Ps – those staff that put our Values Into Practice.

Our values are:

We expect all our staff to do a great job but when they have done an excellent job we want to say thank you and give them the recognition they deserve!

Our annual V.I.P Awards scheme recognises and celebrates staff who have demonstrated our values to an exceptional level over the past year.

There are eight award categories, one of which - 'The Customer Experience Award' - is open to residents and partner organisations to nominate staff. This is where you can help - if you know an individual or team that has delivered an excellent customer experience then why not nominate them for the Customer Experience Award?

You can nominate from Monday 4th February to Wednesday 6th March 2013. Those shortlisted will be invited to attend the V.I.P Awards ceremony on Thursday 2nd May 2013 at the Assembly Rooms. This year's awards scheme and ceremony are being sponsored by Serco.

How do I make a nomination?

There are four ways that you can nominate - online, by post, telephone or by text message...

Nominating online

You can make a nomination online by completing the V.I.P Awards nominations e-form.

You may find the V.I.P Awards guidance sheet useful when completing your form.

Nominating by post

If you would prefer to complete the form by hand, you can download a copy of the V.I.P Awards 2013 nomination form. Please send completed nomination forms (along with any supporting information) to the Council House. You can also hand deliver your nomination forms to the post boxes in the Customer Service Area of the Council House.

Alternatively, contact us on 01332 643432 and we'll send you a nomination form.

Nominating by telephone

If you would prefer to make a nomination over the telephone, you can do this by calling us on 01332 643432.

Nominating by text

You can also nominate by text message. You should start your message 'Customer Experience' and send the name of your nominee, along with your name to 07860 023082.

We will then contact you to take down the full details of your nomination. Text messages are charged at your standard network rate.
