Our V.I.P Awards scheme recognises and celebrates staff who have demonstrated our values to an exceptional level over the past year.
The Customer Experience Award is open to all residents and partner organisations to nominate staff. If you know an individual or team that has delivered an excellent customer experience then why not nominate them for the Customer Experience Award?
You can nominate until Friday 21st February 2014. Those shortlisted will be invited to attend the V.I.P Awards ceremony on Thursday 1st May 2014 at the Assembly Rooms. This year's awards scheme and ceremony are being sponsored by Serco.
If you would prefer to complete the form by hand, you can download a copy of the V.I.P Awards 2014 nomination form. Please either e-mail your form to email@example.com or send completed nomination forms (along with any supporting information) to; VIP Awards, HR, First Floor, Council House, Corporations Street Derby, DE1 2FS. You can also hand deliver your nomination forms to the post boxes in the Customer Service Area of the Council House.
