The site is an exciting opportunity to nurture and grow new and emerging high technology businesses that will thrive on an environment of collaboration and technology transfer.

The IPD aims to:

  • drive the innovation capacity of UK companies within the region

The IPD will build upon and help diversify Derby's existing strengths in high value manufacturing and our existing clusters of companies around planes, trains and auto-mobiles. In doing so it will help support the UK's competitiveness in these areas and contribute significantly to the drive to increase UK exports.
