Medium Term Financial Plan 2020/21 – 2022/23: Budget Consultation
|Why are we consulting?||
As part of the budget setting process we are currently making plans about how we can achieve our outcomes, focus on our priorities, meet the challenges we face and deliver our services over the next three years.
The Medium Term Financial Plan (MTFP) is our rolling three year plan which we review every year. When we put together our plan we have to consider:
Funding – the money we have coming in from the Government, taxes, grants and other income or sources.
Savings – the money we plan to stop spending to reduce our budget.
Pressures – the money we still need to find to balance our budget.
We want to know what you think of our proposals before we make our final decisions. Your feedback is important to us and will help shape the future of public services in Derby.
|Who are we consulting?||
Whether you are directly affected by our proposals or you simply live, work or study in Derby and wish to take part - we want to know your view.
|Organisation carrying out the consultation:||Derby City Council|
