What is the 'Reach Out' Panel?
The panel was originally set up in 1998 and was called the Pointer Panel. It was made up of over 1,200 local people aged 16 and over. Over time, the panel has changed and evolved and in 2010 was renamed the Reach Out Panel.
What do panel members do?
- take part in a large scale survey every year
- are invited to take part in other consultation or discussion groups as they occur
- receive regular updates on other consultation projects the council are undertaking
How can I take part?
We are always looking for panel members, you can take part online or through a postal survey. If you would like to join the Reach Out panel, you live in Derby and are aged 16 or over, please complete our Reachout Panel Recruitment Form.
What if I no longer want to take part in a panel?
You can stop taking part in the Reach Out panel at anytime, email the Consultation Team.
