Councillor Roy Webb has been a local councillor since 1985, initially at Erewash Borough Council, before representing Allestree both as a county and city councillor. With over 30 years experience as a local councillor, he brings with him a wealth of knowledge in relation to adult social care and housing in particular.

Councillor Webb has been a member of the Health and Wellbeing Board since its creation in 2013, as well as holding positions on various committees scrutinising adult social care and public health. Roy has also been a member of the Derby Homes Board from 2004 to 2018.
