Enhanced voluntary redundancy policy

Enhanced voluntary redundancy terms are discretionary compensation. We are required by the Local Government (Early Termination of Employment) (Discretionary Compensation) Regulations 2006 to publish any such approved policies for a minimum 30-day period before enacting the policy.

We will vary our current policy for employees whose employment with us ceases on or after 1st November 2012 and on or before 31st December 2012 by reason of redundancy.
