Get involved, have your say
How to give us your feedback
We want to know what you think of our Local Offer so it works better for you.
You can use the one of our feedback forms below. When giving us your feedback you may want to think about:
- Is our Local Offer easy to use?
- Can you find the information you need?
- Was there a service you were looking for but could not find it?
- Do you know of any services or providers that are not listed that you think should be listed?
Children and young people can find out more about how to get involved and tell us what they think by visiting the Your voice: Children and young people pages.
To support the co-production of the Local Offer site, we have a Local Offer Working Group which consists of representatives from:
- Young people
- Parent Carers
- Support services
- Specialist agency champions
All members are responsible for raising the profile of the Local Offer and sharing information with their networks.
The concept of co-production means that all parties need to be involved in the planning, design and delivery throughout the process. All parties aim to think of creative ways to shape the information and guidance available to Derby’s parents carers, children and young people.
The group currently meets every month to discuss and review the website; the meetings are used to consult on the Local Offer site and discuss all future development and improvement activities. If you would like more information or to be a member of the Local Offer Working Group, please contact the Local Offer at email@example.com or telephone 01332 640758.
In the interests of transparency, minutes and papers tabled will be available to all here:

Derby City's Local Offer requested to be involved and were offered the maximum two events facilitated by KIDS. The final reports can be read here:
