Priority Families and Early Intervention

There have been 420 families identified as part of the Priority Families project since it’s inception in 2012, and the Multi-systemic therapy service which works with young people on the edge of offending or entering care has worked with 24 cases since early 2013.

The number of CAFs (Common Assessment framework) completed continues to rise year on year with 544 being completed during 12/13.

The number of Early Intervention, (or Targeted Cases) dealt with by multiagency teams in Derby also continues to rise with 755 active cases in October 2013.
