The Information and Advice Network is a partnership of local organisations and agencies that meet regularly to discuss the delivery of information and advice to Derby citizens. The network provides an excellent opportunity to link with other organisations in relation to the provision of information and advice services. The Organisational Model shows the relationship between the Information and Advice Network and the Derby Information and Advice Partnership as well as showing what the aims of the Information and Advice Network are.
The City Councils Voluntary and Community Sector Partnership Team arrange and chair the meetings which are held in different community centres around the City on a regular basis.
The network includes representatives of organisations that provide information and advice services that support increased choice and control for vulnerable people including recipients of adult social care.
