(Brick Street, Friar Gate) (Moving Vehicle Restrictions) (Amendment to Map Based Schedule) (No.36) Order 2019
Derby City Council in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 4, 9, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49, 53 and part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic Act 1991 and under the Traffic Management Act 2004 and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act proposes to make the following Orders.
The purpose of the Orders will be to bring into effect:
Revoke the left turn only for all vehicles from Brick Street to Friar Gate
Prohibition of entry for motor vehicles from Ashbourne Road / Friar Gate
Prohibition of left turn for motor vehicles from Brick Street to Friar Gate
No right turn for motor vehicles from Friar Gate
No Waiting (At Any Time) to replace existing Pre Pay Parking Place (Max 4 Hours Mon-Sat 8am-6pm Sun 10am-4pm) (Permit Holder Exemption)
To take account of kerb line changes outside 64 Friar Gate
A copy of the proposed Order together with maps which show the definitive extents of the proposals, a copy of the Authority’s Statement of Reasons for proposing the Order and the Order being amended, can be viewed online here.

If your comments are in the form of an objection to the proposals please clearly state this and the reasons for your objection.
