Derby City Council (Corporation Street, City Centre) (Moving Vehicle Restrictions) (Amendment to Map Based Schedule) (No.38) (Experimental) Order 2020
DERBY CITY COUNCIL made this Experimental Order on the 17th day of September 2020, which will become effective from the 25th day of September 2020 for a period of 18 months, under Section 1, 2, 4, 9, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49, 53 and part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers in that behalf:
The purpose of the order is to bring into effect the following:
Buses, cycles and hackney carriages only (7am to 7pm) on the following length of road:
Corporation Street – From its junction with Derwent Street to its junction with Albert Street.
A copy of the proposed Order together with maps which show the definitive extents of the proposals, a copy of the Authority’s Statement of Reasons for proposing the Order and the Order being amended, may be inspected on Derby City Council’s website at the following URL:
Derby City Council will be considering, in due course, whether the provisions of this Order should be continued in force indefinitely.
Anyone wishing to object to the Order continuing in force indefinitely, should state their grounds of objection, sending it in writing to Derby City Council, Traffic and Transportation, Communities and Place, The Council House, Corporation Street, Derby, DE1 2FS or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org to be received no later than the 25th March 2021.
