(Corden Street Area) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) (Amendment to Map Based Schedule) (No.97) Order 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Derby City Council proposes to make the above Orders under Sections 1, 2, 4, 9, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49, 53 and part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and under the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers in that behalf.
The purpose of the Orders will be to introduce:
No Waiting (At Any Time)
- Village Street at its junctions with: Stenson Road, Grange Avenue, Castleton Avenue, Ingleby Avenue, Ashopton Avenue, Lake Drive and Newlyn Drive
- Loudon Street – on its North side, from number 10 to number 14
Limited Waiting (30 Mins No Return 1 Hour) (Mon to Sat from 8am to 6pm)
- Corden Street – on its South side between the existing No Waiting (At Any Time) restriction
Limited Waiting (30 Mins No Return 1 Hour) (Mon to Sat from 8am to 6pm) (Permit Holder Exemption)
- Oak Street - on its East side between the existing No Waiting (At Any Time) restriction
A copy of the proposed Orders together with maps which show the definitive extents of the proposals, a copy of the Authority’s Statement of Reasons for proposing the Orders and the Orders being amended, may be inspected online on this page.
Objections to the proposals stating your grounds of objection should be sent, in writing, to Traffic and Transportation, Communities and Place, Derby City Council, Council House, Corporation Street, Derby, DE1 2FS or by email to email@example.com to be received no later than 11th February 2021.
