There’s something for everyone this summer at Derby Arena as five new shows are announced! Whilst it might be frightfully cold outside right now, summer will soon be here and with it, an all-star summer season of shows.
On Fri 31 May, Derby Arena will host Dreamboys with their brand-spanking new show, Stripped Back. Secure your tickets now for an unforgettable night of enthralling entertainment designed to make your senses tingle. Lose yourself in a world where desires come alive, boundaries are shattered, and inhibitions are left at the door. With every provocative thrust and smouldering gaze, the Dreamboys will ignite a fiery passion within that will burn long after the curtains close. Tickets £35.50 - £30.50.
Just one night later on Sat 1 Jun, you can lose yourself in music as top hits from Donna Summer, Gloria Gaynor, Earth, Wind & Fire, Sister Sledge and Chic are bought to life as Lost In Music returns to Derby Arena. This show boasts a sensational live band, incredibly talented cast and stunning vocals! So, come dressed to impress as we celebrate the golden age of disco! Tickets £37.50
George Michael fans will be thrilled as Sun 2 Jun sees the ultimate tribute to the singer take the stage at Derby Arena. Fastlove returns with a brand new show for 2024. Playing all the hits, from Wham! right through his glittering career, including, Wake Me Up, Too Funky, Father Figure, Freedom, Faith, Knew You Were Waiting, Careless Whisper and many more. A couple of weeks later on Fri 14 Jun, we’re throwing it back to Motown! Seen by over a million people and now in its 18th year, it’s no surprise that Magic Of Motown is one of the biggest success stories in British theatre history. You will be going loco down in Acapulco as we take you back down memory lane with all the Motown classics from artists such as, Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, The Temptations, The Supremes, The Four Tops, Martha Reeves, The Jackson 5, Smokey Robinson, and many, many more.
