Our telephone lines will be answered during the followings times:
Week commencing 4 September from 8.30am to 5pm
Week commencing 11 September from 8.30am to 5pm
Week commencing 18 September from 9am to 4pm
Week commencing 25 September onwards from 9.30am to 3.30pm

How to apply
If your child is starting primary school for the first time in September 2024 or is transferring from infants’ school to juniors’ school in September 2024, you need to apply for a reception or junior place for September 2024.
Independent or private schools
To transfer to a place at an independent or private school, contact the school directly.

It can take up to 15 working days to assess and process your application. You will receive a decision letter when we have completed the request.
