SmartParc

SmartParc Derby is a collection of world-class, cutting-edge food production facilities based around a campus style park set in 155 acres delivered by SmartParc SEGRO Derby.

SmartParc is located to the east of the city, adjacent to the A52 and A50 dual carriageways offering quick and easy access to the main motorway network. The site provides plots on a design-and-build basis with the potential to accommodate up to 2 million sq ft of high-tech food and manufacturing and distribution space.

The vast majority of funding for the scheme will come from the private sector investor SEGRO, with support from the Government’s Getting Building Fund (GBF), D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership and Derby City Council.

More information on the opportunities at SmartParc Derby is available on the SmartParc website.
