The Lost Boys and Derby LIVE are excited to announce a brand-new festive theatre production arriving at Chapel Street Arts Centre next Christmas.

Following the success of Merry Elwin: The Adventurous Elf, which is currently delighting local families, the same creative team returns with an all-new interactive experience, Help! Santa’s Missing. The production is scheduled to run from 10 December to 23 December 2026 – and tickets are on sale now! 

Chapel Street Arts Centre will be transformed into a world of magic, mystery, and laughter as audiences of all ages are invited to join the search for Santa Claus himself. 

The story begins when Santa mysteriously disappears just days before Christmas. With the clock ticking and Christmas in jeopardy, two unlikely detectives—one a middle-aged Elf from the North Pole, the other a human girl with boundless energy—are thrown together to solve the case.  
Their journey is filled with twists and turns as they encounter a colourful cast of villains from folklore, fairy tales and legend, each with their own secrets and motives. You are invited to join the detectives in an interactive and engaging race against time!

Work together to solve puzzles and unravel the mystery by following a trail of clues through enchanted forests, snowy landscapes, and bustling Christmas markets. Will you discover who is behind Santa’s disappearance and return him to Lapland in time to save Christmas? Or will the villains succeed in spoiling the holiday for everyone?
