This August, the historic Derby Market Hall will open its doors to a spectacular fusion of style, design, and innovation. Produced by Eredità & aDesso, Cirque de la Mode is an immersive three-day fashion festival celebrating regional design talent, textile artisans, and style enthusiasts alike.
The iconic venue will host an unmissable weekend line-up featuring live runway shows, hands-on masterclasses, creative presentations, and industry-led talks. The festival is designed to cater to everyone from aspiring designers looking to refine their skills to fashion lovers seeking front-row access to the region’s latest collections.
The festival kicks off on Friday 7 August by inviting attendees to ignite their creativity with interactive textile sessions. Young creators can enjoy a morning introductory design class, followed by afternoon and evening adult workshops focused on bookbinding personalised sketchbooks and sewing bespoke tote bags from scratch.
On Saturday 8 August, the focus shifts to the glitz and glamour as high-energy live runway shows and visionary creative presentations take over the centre stage. Attendees looking to elevate their experience can upgrade to a premium Seated Ticket for exclusive front-row views, a complimentary glass of crisp Prosecco, and a curated fashion goodie bag.
The weekend concludes on Sunday 9 August by taking visitors inside the fashion mind to delve into the business, heritage, and history of style. Alongside a Sunday Kids Design Class, Caffè Prosecco will host a series of ongoing Fashion Business & Design Talks led by industry insiders throughout the day.

I’m really excited to bring this event to Derby Market Hall. It’s all about celebrating real style rather than just following trends. The atmosphere will be warm and welcoming, with models of all shapes, ages, and backgrounds. It’s going to be a lot of fun, and we have some fantastic surprises in store!
