Fitness enthusiasts in Derby can now experience one of the fastest growing workouts in the UK, as Derby Arena launches brand new Reformer classes starting Monday 1 June.
Designed to build strength, improve flexibility and support better posture, Reformer classes use specialist equipment to provide a low impact but highly effective full body workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, the sessions offer a dynamic and supportive way to improve overall wellbeing.
The classes take place on award winning Reformer Pilates bed, which uses springs and pulleys to add resistance and support. This creates a versatile workout that helps strengthen the core, tone muscles and improve mobility while remaining gentle on the joints.
The new sessions at Derby Arena are ideal for beginners looking to try something new, as well as experienced participants wanting to enhance their training routine.
Whether you're recovering from injury, aiming to improve athletic performance or simply looking for a fun and effective way to stay active. Reformer training offers a wide range of benefits including increased core strength, improved posture and balance, greater flexibility and mobility, enhanced muscle tone and reduced stress and tension.
Sessions are priced from £9.75 per session for Derby Active Members and from £12.50 per session for non-Derby Active Members.
